You can try the following two methods to resolve the issue and recover all your crucial business information from the QBW file:

• Use diagnostics tool: Go to QuickBooks support page for downloading the QuickBooks Company File Diagnostic Tool. Run this utility to check for QBW file corruption. If the utility reports some errors, take the following steps:

      ◦ Use a recent/updated backup to restore all the lost data.
      ◦ Take help of  QuickBooks Technical Support to find out the correct remedy for the above problem.

If the problem still persists, go to the next steps.

Rename QuickBooks file: Try to rename the QuickBooks '.nd' and '.tlg'  files as follows:
Go to 'Start' and select 'Search' to search for the corrupt or affected company file.
Now, right-click '.nd' file that is present in the same folder as the company file and then click 'Rename'.
Rename the file by adding '.old' to the end of the file.
Repeat the above procedure for the '.tlg' file.
Start QuickBooks.
